80 gardens are open to the public throughout Cornwall.
There are many gardens within very easy reach of the Anchorage besides The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project

DuMaurier Festival : check with us for dates
A celebration of arts and literature including local walks, river cruises, exhibitions, talks and performances.
June - July
25th June - 1 st July
: Feast Week
This celebration is based on the religious celebration of St Peter’s day; St Peter is the patron saint of fishermen.
The week’s events include music and the famous Floral Dance.
There are many activities for young and old culminating in a Grand Fete and Carnival Procession on the Saturday and a Firework display over the Harbour.
August
Touring Theatre groups visit some of our gardens.
