We are a small, well furnished, non-smoking guest house.

Pleasant and well furnished accomodation
Three double rooms — two are en-suite, the third has the use of a private bathroom. All rooms:
- have lovely sea views
- are spacious and light
- have radio and colour TV
- have tea and coffee making facilities
The Anchorage is a charming Georgian house with considerable character.
We have a guest lounge which looks out to sea and over our attractive garden. Many garden birds visit and breeding sea birds can be seen on the cliffs below our garden in Spring.
If you are really lucky dolphins, seals and the occasional basking shark may be spotted from the bedroom windows.
For breakfast we can offer a full English/part English, vegetarian or continental style meal. Home made bread and fresh fruit are usually available. Special diets can be catered for but notice of requirements would be appreciated.
We can give advise on the many local places of interest and where to eat. There is a range of places to eat in Mevagissey (10 min walk) as well as the Rising Sun pub in Portmellon.

Booking
Arrival and departure
If you decide to stay with us, it helps us to know an approximate time of your arrival. Rooms are available from 4.00 PM onwards
On the day of departure please vacate your room by 10.00AM

A minimum deposit of 20% is required to secure advance bookings. In the event of a one night booking, payment for the whole amount us required.
Cheques should be made payable to Mrs P. Lee. We regret we are unable to accept credit cards.
Cancellation
We hope this will be seldom necessary but In the event of cancellation, we hope you will re-book your stay with us and give us as much notice as possible.
Deposits are not generally refundable but we like to consider each cancellation on it's merit and much depends on the reason for cancellation, the length of notice given and our ability to fill the room.
If you re-book with us within 12 months of cancellation the deposit may then be transferable
