There are so many things to see and do in Cornwall they are far too numerous to mention.
All are easily accessible from the Anchorage although this will
obviously involve some degree of travelling to those farthest away,
e.g.. Lands End or Plymouth 1Hr 15mins.
Suggestions for local activities
Walk the coastal path in either direction.
Gorran Haven (2 miles)
Pentuan (4 miles)
Longer walks are possible in either direction for as far as you can manage.

Visit the historic port of Charlestown and see the tall ships and the Shipwreck Heritage Centre. The port is often used as a film set.
Cycling:
bicycles can be hired from Pentuan.
There are some designated cycle paths.

Combine a visit to two of Cornwall’s most picturesque and
contrasting ports with a return ferry trip across St Austell Bay
between Fowey and Mevagissey.
Take the passenger ferry to Fowey — June to October — or drive
and explore the attractive town and waterfront where Daphne du Maurier drew so much of her inspiration
Simply relax at a nearby beach.
There are many lovely beaches to visit which are close by:
Gorran Haven; Hemmick; Vault; Caehays; Carne; Pendower and more.
Take a tour around the lovely Roseland Peninsula with it's picturesque coves and fishing villages, calling in Veryan for the round houses and St Just in Roseland Church in it's beautiful setting on the creek.

— an outdoor theatre, magically created from the Cliffside at Porthcurno. It can be visited all year but productions take place from May to September.
