Portmellon
We are at Portmellon on the coast just beyond Mevagissey in beautiful Cornwall.
Portmellon is a small hamlet clustered around a tiny sheltered bay which in olden times was a favourite haunt of smugglers.
There is a pub, The Rising Sun which opens daily from March to October, whose restaurant serves lunches and evening meals.
In Summer a number yachts can be seen anchored in the bay which makes an attractive sight
There is also a small working boatyard.
